This year, Team Rubicon is celebrating 15 years of serving communities in need. 15 years ago, a group of tenacious veterans and first responders saw the horrible devastation following the
2010 Haiti earthquake and knew they had to act. That was the day Team Rubicon was born.

Over these 15 years, we've grown into an impactful veteran-led organization with more than 180,000 Greyshirt volunteers who serve communities on their darkest day. Last year alone, we impacted over 3 million people. As we hit the ground running in 2025, it's only with your support that we can impact millions more this year and beyond—can we count on you?
