Team Rubicon is a veteran-led humanitarian organization that mobilizes veterans and civilians to serve communities before, during, and after disasters. We call those volunteers Greyshirts.  

Right now, Greyshirts are deployed across America: clearing debris, reducing wildfire risk, repairing homes, and training communities to be ready for whatever comes next.  

This year, as the United States celebrates its 250th anniversary, we're honoring this moment with a commitment to action. 250,000 volunteer hours, 250,000 people with reduced wildfire risk, and 2,500 people trained to face what's coming.
