Fuel Team Rubicon’s Response to Super Typhoon Sinlaku
As of April, Super Typhoon Sinlaku is headed directly for U.S. territories, including Guam and the Northern Mariana Islands. Team Rubicon is monitoring the situation closely and preparing an advance team to travel to commonwealth of the Norther Mariana Islands (CNMI) when safe to do so, to assess potential for a medical response as well as other unmet needs we might be able to fulfill.
On Monday, Team Rubicon staffed our virtual Emergency Operations Center to prepare to respond to potential impacts across the vulnerable coastal communities in the Mariana Islands, including Guam, Tinian, and Saipan.
Team Rubicon is a veteran-led humanitarian organization that serves global communities before, during, and after disasters and crises.
